Assault- On August 1, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to a reported disturbance in the 21100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park. The victim advised during an argument Nicholas Alan Vlahos, age 37 of Dameron, tried to prevent the victim from leaving the residence and assaulted the victim. The investigation determined Vlahos grabbed the victim by the neck and threw the victim to the ground.

The victim was able to get up and tried to leave in a vehicle, at which time Vlahos, got into a truck and attempted to strike the victim. The victim also advised Vlahos made a statement the victim interpreted to mean Vlahos was going to get a gun and kill the victim. A search warrant was executed at Vlahos’ residence and numerous firearms were retrieved; Vlahos is prohibited from owning or possessing firearms and ammunition due to prior convictions. Also recovered in the search warrant were several bottles of suspected Nandrophen. Vlahos was charged with Assault 1st & 2nd Degree, Regulated Firearm: Illegal Possession, Illegal Possession of Ammunition and CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana. CASE# 43809-19


Violation of Protective Order- On August 1, 2019, Dep. Graves responded to the 44800 block of Hunting Meadows Court in Lexington Park, for the reported violation of protective order.

Sheron Dwight Chase

The investigation determined Sheron Dwight Chase, age 23 of Lexington Park, contacted the victim in violation of an active court order prohibiting Chase from having contact with the victim by any means. Chase was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 43872-19


Assault- On August 2, 2019, Dep. Budd responded to the 46700 block of Orchid Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance.

Harold Lloyd Seymore III

Investigation determined Harold Lloyd Seymore III, age 40 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim by pushing the victim into a wall. Seymore was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 44068-19


Neglect of Minor– On August 3, 2019, Dep. Kilgore responded to the 21600 block of Eric Road in Lexington Park, for the reported neglect of minor children.

Ernarde Delvostin Banks

The investigation determined Ernarde Delvostin Banks, age 39 of Lexington Park, left two minor children home alone while the children were in his custody. Banks returned to the scene and was arrested and charged with two counts of Neglect of Minor.  CASE# 44100-19


Assault- On August 4, 2019, Dep. Kilgore responded to the 21300 block of Castaway Circle in Lexington Park, for the reported assault.

Brandon Jerome Stubbs

The victim advised Brandon Jerome Stubbs, age 29 of Lexington Park, grabbed the victim as the victim was attempting to exit a vehicle. During the incident, the victim’s hand was injured. Stubbs was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 44288-19


Violation of Protective Order- On August 4, 2019, DFC. D. Smith responded to the 38800 block of Middleton Farm Lane in Avenue, for the reported violation of a protective order.

Stephen Charles Vallandingham

The investigation determined Stephen Charles Vallandingham, age 31 of Mechanicsville, contacted the victim, which violated the conditions of the order. Vallandingham was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 44372-19


Violation of Protective Order- On August 5, 2019, DFC. Holdsworth responded to 26200 block of Clarke’s Village Lane in Hollywood, for the reported violation of a protective order.

James Willard Abell Jr.

The investigation determined James Willard Abell Jr., age 31 of Mechanicsville, violated a valid court order by contacting the victim which was prohibited by the order. Abell was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 44498-19


Disorderly Conduct- On August 6, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 27600 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville, for the report of a male in the area disrupting business operations.

Peter Edward Lahoste

The investigation determined Peter Edward Lahoste, was entering and exiting the businesses numerous times, harassing customers for money, and loitering in the area.  In a two hour span, deputies encountered Lahoste three times, each time disrupting area businesses by going in and out, causing nearby residents to walk outside and observe what he was doing, and customers having to walk around Lahoste who was in their way in and out of the various area businesses.  Lahoste was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.  CASE# 44667-19


Indecent Exposure- On August 6, 2019, DFC. Holdsworth responded to the 27600 block of Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville, for the report of a male walking along the roadway exposing his genitals.

Lewis Tyler Yates

The suspect was identified as Lewis Tyler Yates, age 27 of Mechanicsville. Yates was located in the area and arrested; Yates was charged with Indecent Exposure and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 44686-19


Violation of Protective Order- On August 6, 2019, Dep. Edelen responded to the 41300 block of Riverview Road in Mechanicsville, for the reported violation of a protective order.

Wayne Carroll Earnest Jr.

The investigation determined Wayne Carroll Earnest Sr., age 40 of Mechanicsville, had an associate contact the victim for him, in violation of a current order stating Earnest was to have no contact with the victim. Earnest was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 44544-19


Home Invasion- On August 7, 2019, Dep. Kilgore responded to the 46800 block of Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported fight in progress. The investigation determined Tevin Lamar Greer, age 25, and Cassidy Irene Howard age 19, both of Lexington Park, followed the victim to the victim’s residence.

The victim was able to get into the residence, and Greer and Howard then forced entry. Once inside the residence Greer and Howard assaulted the victim; the victim’s roommate was also assaulted by Howard.

Howard was charged with Home Invasion, two counts of Assault 2nd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree. Greer was charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Home Invasion, and Burglary 3rd Degree. CASE# 44954-19


Assault- On August 7, 2019, DFC. Muschette responded to the 21700 block of N. Essex Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. The investigation determined Richard Edward Gray, age 42 of Lexington Park, assaulted the victim numerous times over several hours.

The victim attempted to flee from a vehicle and advised Gray grabbed the victim around the throat and pushed the victim to the ground. The victim also advised Gray held a knife to the victim’s throat and threatened to kill the victim. Gray was arrested and charged with Assault 1st and 2nd Degree. CASE# 44768-19
