Welcome, MD- Joshua Richmond was killed in a two-car collision on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, in La Plata, MD.
The sister has informed the Southern Maryland Chronicle that a candlelight vigil will be held in his memory at Scott’s Bar in Welcome, MD at 9.pm. on Saturday, September 7, 2019
We have no further information pertaining to the other victims’ status the investigation or funeral arrangements at this time.
