UPDATE 12/17/2019: The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office has notified us that all three individuals have been located and arrested.
We do not know the circumstances on the arrests of Gary Branson and Roger Chin. We reported on Monday, December 16, 2019, about the arrest of Phillip Farrell after h refused to surrender to police for over an hour. The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of the following convicted sex offenders who have failed to comply with the Maryland rules and regulations of the sex offender registry.
Gary Ignatius Branson, age 34 of Lexington Park
5’11” 230 pounds, brown eyes, black hair
Roger Glenn Chin, age 32 of Lexington Park
5’8” 170 pounds, brown eyes, brown hair
Phillip Chainey Farrell, age 33 of Coltons Point
5’9” 150 pounds, blue eyes, brown hair

Through the Crime Solvers Program tipsters are eligible for an award of up to $1,000 for information about a crime in St. Mary’s County that leads to an arrest or indictment.
