Assault- On February 3, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 18400 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Park Hall for the reported assault. The investigation determined Frederick Lavonne Milburn, age 39 of Park Hall, strangled the victim, causing visible injury to the victim’s neck. Milburn was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 6999-20
Alter Drug Test- On February 7, 2020, Dep. Chase responded to the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown for the reported altered drug test. A bottle containing a clear liquid was located on Jamar Daron Moss, age 38 of Lexington Park, and it was determined Moss had submitted an altered drug test. Moss was charged with Altering Drug Test. Assault- On February 8, 2020, Dep. Palmer responded to the 23300 block of Sawara Court in California for the reported assault. An investigation determined Justin Bryant Eid, age 32 of California, tackled the victim during an argument. Eid was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 8004-20
Assault– On February 9, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 46469 block of Franklin Road in Lexington Park for the reported assault. The investigation determined Vicki Marie Curtis, age 42 of Lexington Park, retrieved a pair of scissors and began swinging the scissors at the victim causing lacerations to the victim. Curtis also bit the victim. Curtis was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. CASE# 8145-20
Burglary/Trespass- On February 9, 2020, Dep. Forinash responded to the 48000 block of Compass Circle in Lexington Park for the reported trespassing. The investigation determined Michael Clarence Fenwick III, age 38 of no fixed address, entered a vacant residence with a key not returned to the rental office. Fenwick was arrested on scene and charged with Burglary 4th Degree and Trespass: Private Property. CASE# 8210-20
