ST. MARY’S CITY, Md. – The St. Mary’s College of Maryland men’s swimming team (3-8, 1-3 CAC) concluded day two of the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Championship on Thursday (Feb. 13). The Seahawks concluded the day in third place.

How It Happened

  • Sebastian Ludwig started the meet with a fifth-place finish in the 500 Yard Freestyle with a time of 4:53.66. Jack Kennedy followed with a sixth-place finish, swimming a time of 4:56.36.
  • In the 200 Yard IM, Peter Orban captured a fifth-place finish with a time of 1:59.84. Ryan Akhavan followed with a sixth-place finish in the event. 
  • The Seahawks wrapped up the second day of competition with a fourth-place finish in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay. The quartet of AkhavanAnri Cifuentes RobinsonKennedy, and Nate Donoghue finished with a time of 1:27.73.
