Waldorf, MD- On Wednesday, March 4, 2020, around 10 am.m, Waldorf First Responders responded to the home of Corporal Danita Ingram for a medical emergency.

Life-saving measures were attempted but were unsuccessful, and she passed shortly afterward. P.G. County Police do not believe any foul play is involved.

Cpl. Ingram worked for the Prince George’s County Police Department since 2008 and was assigned to the Bureau of Investigation, Narcotics Enforcement Division

“Our police family is deeply saddened at the loss of Corporal Ingram. She served this community and agency for more than a decade. She will be missed. On behalf of the entire Prince George’s County Police Department, I extend our deepest condolences to all who knew and loved her,” said Chief Hank Stawinski.

Cpl. Ingram was 51 years old. She is survived by her four children, three sons, and one daughter.

Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time.
