Budds Creek, MD- The 1320 Fabrication ET Series kicks off the 2022 racing season from March 26th – 27th at Maryland International Raceway ™ (MIR). They have now added the 1320 Fabrication ET Series Warm Up to Friday, March 25th.
This is an open Test & Tune for all ET Series racers. Gates will open at 10 am with testing from 11 am to 7 pm. Gates will close at 8 pm. The track will be prepped for bracket cars at $100 per car. There will be NO pro or radial prep at this event. All crew members will be able to enter Friday’s ET Series Warm-Up at no charge with the purchase of their two-day pass for Saturday and Sunday’s ET Series Kick-off. 1320 Fabrication ET Series racers, be sure to take advantage of the track time on Friday if possible as there will be only a one-time trial Saturday morning before they go into eliminations.
The awards ceremony will be held after the one-time trial before the first round of Top ET. They will have a few prizes to give out, so be sure to head to the Hitchcock Autoworks Stage with your yellow ticket in hand for the drawings when the time comes.
MIR announced its 2022 schedule in December 2021. This is an exciting line-up of events and the season consists of over 100 race days with the season-opener being held on Sunday, March 6th, 2022.
New events added to the 2022 season include: Race Motive Roll Race, DreamFest, Door Wars – A Footbrake Experience, and JPA car show and sound competition which now has a standalone event. These events bring different forms of racing and car shows, giving each type of fan an event to enjoy.
