12/19/18- DFC. McCuen responded to the 48100 block of Park Hall Road in Park Hall, for the reported motor vehicle accident. Adam Brandford Shenk, age 29 of Annapolis, was located and determined to have been operating the vehicle involved in the accident. Shenk was under the influence of alcohol and charged with Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol Per Se, and Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol.
