News Release, St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office
The St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the identity of one or more individuals responsible for a rash of property destruction incidents across St. Mary’s County in June.
Between June 4 and June 14, 2019, numerous businesses, a residence and a state commuter bus shelter had their windows broken or damaged by projectiles, ranging in location from Leonardtown, Hollywood, California, Lexington Park, and Callaway.

Although blurry, Sheriff’s Officials believe the vehicle above is connected to these incidents. The vehicle appears to be a dark-colored, 4-door sedan.

Citizens may remain anonymous and contact St. Mary’s County Crime Solvers at 301-475-3333, or text a tip to “TIP239” plus their message to “CRIMES” (274637).
Through the Crime Solvers Program tipsters are eligible for an award of up to $1,000 for information about a crime in St. Mary’s County that leads to an arrest or indictment.
